One by one, the spacers are melted and shaped before heading to the kiln to soak for around 8 hours in the warmth, ensuring strength and longevity.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe spacers are then washed by hand to release them from the mandrel, cleaned, reamed and polished, before making their way to our beading table, ready to be made into the finished piece!
