A little more about the Puppy Pawtrait Collection

We have received an exceptional amount of demand for our new Custom Puppy pieces. With 17,000 of you, our amazing followers, now signed up to our waitlist we can finally say we are ready to launch our highly requested Puppy Pawtrait Collection!

We pride ourselves on giving each and every one of our custom orders the full attention they deserve. 

Our Founder, Katie pours her heart and soul into each custom charm she makes and these puppies will be no different. Each custom Puppy Charm is delicately flame-worked in our state-of-the-art glass studio, entirely handcrafted from start to finish and thoughtfully brought to life in Katie’s signature whimsical style that you know and love. 

So, to ensure we are able to guarantee this for every order, we have decided to split our Puppy Pawtrait (your puppy's face) Collection into three categories.

1. Rush Order - Very limited quantity 3-6 week lead time
2. Standard Pre Order - Limited quantity with a 10-16 week lead time.
3. Extended Pre Order - 5-7 months (these may arrive after Christmas 24)

All Puppy Pawtraits will be available on our signature Gold Filled and Sterling Silver Chains, Pearly Necklace style, plus limited amounts of Dream Custom Bracelet and Necklace options. So be sure to decide your choices ahead of the drop time! 

We will also have a very limited number of Full Body Puppy Options available, which we expect to sell out quickly.

Please note that all lead times quoted are the time until your custom order will begin and not the timeframe in which it will be completed or shipped. We always wait for our work to be approved by you, the customer, before moving onto finishing your jewellery pieces. After you have received photos of our work, please reply to our email and we will move your order to the finishing stage! Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for your pieces to be completed and on the way to you.

All custom pre-orders are NON-refundable, regardless of order placement date or pre-order lead time.

We always want to ensure we deliver the very best quality jewellery and service to our customers. We are a very small team and we will always do our absolute best for everyone. If you need to get in touch with us at any point please don’t hesitate to email: with your query and one of our friendly team will be in touch as soon as possible. Sometimes, during exceptionally busy periods, we receive hundreds of enquiries every day. Therefore, it may take us 2-4 days to respond to your email and we appreciate your patience and grace while we get back to you.
