What is your Shipping Policy?
Please carefully read and understand the shipping policy below prior to purchase:
Once a product is purchased from us your order will then move to processing. As a large quantity of our products are made to order it may take up to two weeks to create, package and dispatch your order.
Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not yet been dispatched, we will use our discretion when a cancellation is requested. If your cancellation request is not approved, you must wait until the order is delivered and return it to us. Please see the returns policy for details (Attached Below). The above cancellation policy does not apply to custom/personalised products and we reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request for any reason.
All orders, both domestic and international are shipped using either Royal Mail 1st class service or Royal Mail International or similar variation.Depending on your specific country the exact variation of Royal mail service may differ. All costs for shipping will be calculated at the checkout, prior to completing purchase.
You (the buyer) are solely responsible for any charges relating to customs or duty in the location you have requested the product to be shipped to.

Tracked International Shipping (Royal Mail) - £15 (FREE over £150 spend)
What is your Returns Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, this includes any other elements included in the parcel upon receipt of package (eg. stickers, thank you cards etc.) The gift box, pouches, and backing cards must also be included and undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: the customer is responsible for all costs incurred when returning an item.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Should the customer′s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen courier directly. Picnic Blanket is not liable for any lost returns. To avoid this, it is recommended that all items are returned to us using a reliable courier, with a tracking option and insurance for your contents.
Our checkout prices do not include any additional taxes or customs fees that you may be liable to pay on receipt of your package into your country. To learn more about this, please consult your country's government website for more information.
Picnic Blanket is based in the United Kingdom. We currently use our local postal service (Royal Mail) as our shipping provider. Please note, once your parcel leaves the U.K. it is then transferred to the local postal service network specific to your country. This means that the status updates the Royal Mail receives are limited and therefore you must consult your country’s postal service site for updates. Therefore, once your parcel has left the United Kingdom postal network we can no longer provide tracking information.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure. Picnic Blanket cannot be held responsible for items not received due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address. If an item is marked undeliverable due to incorrect delivery address the item will be reissued, only if they are received by our head office. These reissued items will incur an additional re-delivery fee.
Many of our products contain small parts which may present several hazards to children (Including Choking). It is your responsibility (As the buyer) to ensure the products purchased are only used by responsible adults for their intended purpose as jewellery.
If you have any allergies or are in any way concerned that a product containing metal or metal variants may potentially cause you or others who may be exposed to the product harm in any way do not order.
