This applies to ALL ORDERS of ANY VALUE  and is automatically processed via “PDDP” shipping  by Picnic Blanket!

All other EU Countries -  NO Customs Charges!

For all other EU countries not listed above, Picnic Blanket still handles any applied customs charges, mainly via the IOSS Scheme. How this is processed depends on the order value.

IOSS Scheme - Orders Under 170 Euro 
As Picnic Blanket is IOSS registered, we collect any Sales Tax/VAT due at checkout on your behalf, so you will not be charged anything when your parcel is delivered to you.

The Sales Tax/VAT rate is based on your country's local rate and will be visible in your basket and order confirmation.

All orders placed under €170 are processed automatically. There is nothing additional to pay when you receive your order and nothing additional you need to do when placing your order.

Orders Over €170 
Orders totalling over €170 Euros, are still able to be processed, please just follow the additional information below when ordering.  

Additional Information - Orders over €170

If you would like to order multiple separate items (e.g. 4 x bracelets) that total over €170 when combined, it is recommended that you place separate orders keeping the total for each order below €170.

This will ensure your order qualifies for IOSS and there will be no additional charges and no additional processing required.

We are happy to offer to cover shipping charges on multiple orders and refund any additional shipping charges to you.

Please place your orders and just let our lovely customer service team know your order numbers (e.g. #PB5555) and they will be happy to help process this for you!

Single Item Over €170 

If a single item is over €170 (inc. vat) we recommend contacting our customer service team, prior to placing your order so we can explain how best to place your order.
