Terms and Conditions for Picnic Blanket Jewellery’s Thank you Social Contest

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Picnic Blanket Jewellery whose Instagram/Tiktok handle is @picnicblanketjewellery. The "Prize" refers to **£100 Gift Card**.
• By entering the competition/contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by **23:59** on **the last day of previous month to the draw date** for example, a draw on the first of April must receive all entries from 1st of March to the last day in March at 23:59. Only One (1) winner will be selected by choice by The Promoter on **the first day of the month** and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
• The Promoters competitions with entry via Instagram and Tiktok are open to countries from Great Britain & Northern Ireland, the EU (European union), Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the U.S. only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen at our discretion from all entrants and across named platforms.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Instagram/Facebook/Meta/TikTok/Bytedance are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Multiple entries from the same entrant will be considered but capped at a limit of 20 entries per person per month.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram or Tiktok by posting a photo of their previously purchased items (e.g. jewellery or lifestyle products) to their, feed, story or reels, or Tiktok video/stories and tagging us: “@picnicblanketjewellery” in the post. 
• The winner will be a verified customer, the term “verified” will be decided by us and based on the origin of the product (The product must originate from our store and be a genuine Picnic Blanket article) along with the order history/information provided at our request. 
• The winner will be chosen at the promoter’s discretion based solely on promoter’s independent decision.
• The winner will be contacted via DM (Direct message) on the platform they posted their entry to, and this will be only from our own main instagram/tiktok page with the handle @picnicblanketjewellery.
• The promoter will not be held liable if the chosen winner does not respond, cannot or will not provide the information requested by the promoter or if the promoter decides at anypoint the winner violated our winner requirement policies as outlined in these T&C’s.
• The Promoter will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​
• The promoter may also request additional information at their discretion (e.g. if they believe fraudulent activity is taking place/there is an effort made by the chosen winner to provide fraudulent information/commit fraud against the promoter.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into the decision.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
