We are happy to confirm that there will be NO charges on any orders placed to the U.S. and there will be NO Duties/Customs/Tariff charges to pay when the parcel is delivered.

This automatically applies to all of our U.S. deliveries, to all destinations across the 50 states, regardless of value.

How are we able to guarantee this?

We ship all of our U.S. parcels using a “PDDP” (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) service.

As the parcel travels to the U.S. any relevant charges are automatically calculated and paid in advance by us (Picnic Blanket). This is processed automatically on every order placed and is integrated electronically into our postage system.

Which courier will deliver my parcel?

Royal Mail collect our parcels from the Picnic Blanket studio and when your parcel arrives in the U.S. the USPS (United States Postal Service) takes over and handles the local delivery to the designated address.

The tracking number for your parcel is sent automatically via email when it has been collected from our studio, this tracking number can be used for both the Royal Mail and the USPS tracking services.
